Description
NeoTec® Sealcoat is a single package, water dispersed polymer modified, slate and mineral filled, black, asphalt coating. The product, following minimal dilution with potable water, may be easily applied by squeegee; or spray applied with proper, heavy duty commercial equipment. It is designed to restore minor road pavement surface loss; and to professionally seal all asphalt surfaces against accelerated deterioration from the sun, wind, rain, tire abrasion, and mild chemical attack.
